One interesting thing about defining yourself as an achiever and leader is that it can be challenging to put yourself in a stance of being a continuous learner. No one ever wants to feel like they’re in a rut, and everyone can benefit from strategies to stay on a path toward positive and generative contributions in personal and professional domains. Rhonda Ware is fantastic at lifting up, rising above, and identifying unhelpful patterns that stifle growth.
