“Several women came up to me at the end of the session to say that Rhonda’s words inspired them – moved them to reach within.”

I reached out to Rhonda to ask whether she would be willing to share her journey with my students in Future Milwaukee. I had met Rhonda a few months prior and within moments of our initial greetings, I knew this was an incredible woman – so poised and yet so accessible. For my group of about 35 students between the ages of 25 and 55, her presence might be truly impactful – her story might resonate with many of these adult learners – most particularly with the women in my class. She agreed to attend and to share her journey.

It is always a wonder to me how one person can touch the hearts and spirits of so many with just an honest personal reflection – to reveal so much about who she is and in so doing, encourage others to explore their own stories and reveal their own hopes and dreams. Rhonda did just that and more in the brief time she spoke. Several women came up to me at the end of the session to say that Rhonda’s words inspired them – moved them to reach within. It was for some one of the most important moments they experienced in our program. They wanted to connect with her, to learn more, and to gain clarity about their own journeys. Her impact transcended my expectations and became transformative.

If what you want in life is to honor your gifts and to discover a path to your passion, Rhonda is there to be your guide. She is a living embodiment of what happens when one has the courage to see oneself, to believe in oneself and to act in support of oneself – knowing that the truth is that each of us is a gift waiting to be opened. She opened hers and is now waiting to walk with you on a path to discover yours.
