“A major takeaway from Rhonda’s presentation was that it’s ok to be aware of the strengths you posses. Use them to outshine any negative thoughts… that way you and others can see the real you.”

Women at Baird is an event for both male and female associates across the globe, and one that helps associates to interact in new and progressive ways. Rhonda M. Ware was brought on board to empower audiences to shake ambiguity and embrace challenges. Participants were encouraged to reflect and identify their strengths, challenges, and life goals.

One of the keys to a successful event is to activate an audience by making each participant feel as if they are having a 1:1 conversation in an energizing environment; Rhonda not only accomplished this during her presentation, but she also created a dialogue that carried forward after the program concluded.

Our firm is hyper-committed to a collaborative and an inclusive culture and when we bring in speakers it is critical they embody the same values and style we intentionally foster, watching Rhonda navigate the large audience with ease and familiarity reinforced the decision to engage her for our event.

“My biggest takeaway from Rhonda’s presentation was that she gave me the tools (and permission) to explore and remember who I really am. By doing this, I feel like I am able to truly be happy and find where I will be able to apply my strengths and talents to make an impact.”

“My biggest takeaway from Rhonda’s presentation was that sometimes we are our own worst enemy and letting go of the negative thoughts we have about ourselves can open up a whole new world of possibilities. You can be successful as an imposter but not as fulfilled as if you were your true self.”

“Rhonda’s presentation was very inspiring me to discover my most impactful self, it is wonderful to see someone who led a full life and still saw opportunity to change and become her best self. I look forward to talking more with Rhonda and learning from her.”
