Empowered to see who I really am

“I’m excited about this new phase of growth that I’m experiencing. Rhonda empowered me to see who I really am. I’ve dreamed, I’ve decided and now I’m doing it!”

I was given the opportunity to work with Rhonda Ware on a short term basis by a mentor of mine at the beginning of 2017. Honestly, I did not think I needed coaching at the time nor did I think I had the time for coaching. Boy was I ever wrong. What should have been 3 sessions turned into 14 sessions. During this time I was challenged beyond measure. Rhonda has the ability to push you past your limitations and reach towards the life God created you to live. And when you have gone as far as you think you need to go, Rhonda pushes you to strive for even more. I’ve grown so much and with the strategies that Rhonda has helped me put in place, I am prepared to continue to blossom and develop in all aspects of life. Rhonda truly applies her philosophy of Dream, Decide and Do to every aspect of her coaching. I’m excited about this new phase of growth that I’m experiencing including going back to school to get my MBA, using my God-given talents in a powerful way at work, and growing in ministry. Thank you, Rhonda, for being the tool God used to stir up my gifts. You empowered me to see who I really am. I’ve dreamed, I’ve decided and now I’m doing it!
