“A major takeaway from Rhonda’s presentation is that I should focus on my strengths and what I love about myself so I can be a better person in life and in my career. I realized negative thoughts are not in my DNA and I have the capability to change how I think and how I take action.”

Lynnette H., Participant

Northwestern Mutual’s African American Employee Resource Group invited Rhonda Ware to conduct a day-long program that included an hour-long interactive presentation followed by 30-minute individual coaching sessions for designated attendees. Rhonda facilitated a conversation about the importance of sharing authentic strengths in the workplace and gave participants tools to shake ambiguity, embrace challenges and maximize their impact in the workplace and beyond.

“I learned that I have to LET GO of anything that is not serving me even if I don’t have an immediate replacement. I loved the three column guide to identifying the “waste” in my life too — the thought or belief, how long it’s existed in me, and why it’s time to let go.  I am ready to de-clutter!”

“My main takeaway was to not only be my true self and capitalize on my skills but also allowing my fears to drive me to step out of my comfort zone and accomplish all of the things that I already know I’m truly capable of doing!”

“Be confident in the value I add and BRING IT! It’s ok to think about my thoughts, release the negative ones and move forward towards my full potential. It’s ok to acknowledge and celebrate the things I love about myself.”
