Working with Rhonda Ware has been truly transformational. She has challenged me to go straight to who I know I am at my core and be more of just that. Rhonda has challenged me to show up and be the authentic Danielle Bly that the world is waiting for. As a professional black woman in a corporate environment, this level of authenticity can be difficult to achieve every day. However working with Rhonda, I now recognize so much more, the value in showing up just as I am and letting go of my desire to be so strategic with my authenticity.
